At some point, you may need to create a fairly complicated ticket or product purchasing form.
In this tutorial, we take a concert series paper ticket order form and convert it to an online form. The original paper form had options for season tickets, individual tickets, and a donation. In addition, both the season tickets and the individual tickets had 3 pricing tiers. And, the paper version allowed the user to choose a quantity for all of these various ticket options.
The below video shows how to convert that paper form into an online form.
After we made this long form, we also added in some form logic to show/hide fields so that the user only had to see the fields that pertained to his/her purchase.
